The focus of this project was to choose a topic which could be expanded upon to a publication of a book. The topic selected was the history of Japanese Modern Martial Arts. I designed the basic components of the book such as the title page, chapter and jump spreads. The final phase of this project was to produce a physical copy the book accompanied with the frontispiece hardcover and book jacket.
